LoyalTails opened in Gachibowli, Hyderabad in 2022 — a single counter, two founders, a small space, and the simple intention of doing pet retail honestly.
From 2022 to 2025 we operated as a physical store. Pet parents walked in, asked the questions nobody else would answer, bought what their pets actually needed, and kept coming back. Those years taught us more about Indian pet parents than any market research ever could.
2026 is the year LoyalTails 2.0 begins — a digital pet ecosystem built around community, content, and trusted services. Not just a marketplace. Not just a content site. A village.
