These weren't questions a product could answer. They needed someone who understood pets, understood this city, and actually cared. So we answered them, one pet parent at a time, across the counter.
Word spread across societies. What began as one store became a community of over 5,000 pet parents across 200+ residential societies — people helping each other, sharing what works, and looking out for each other's pets.
