When you join LoyalTails, you get access to two WhatsApp groups: (1) the main community of 5,000+ pet parents across Hyderabad, and (2) a sub-group specifically for your apartment complex or gated society. Sub-groups are where the most useful conversations happen — coordinating vet visits, sharing emergency contacts, asking neighbours about local issues like phenyl spills or stray dog problems, organizing dog walks. We auto-match you to your society sub-group within 24 hours of joining.

We create society sub-groups when 10 verified pet parents from the same complex join. Until then, you’re on a waitlist within the main community. When the 10th member joins, all of you get added to a new sub-group together — you become a founding member of your society’s group.

Inner Circle members get priority sub-group creation. If you’re from a smaller society and want a sub-group fast, becoming a Pioneer Member moves your society to the front of the queue.

Each member is matched to one society sub-group based on the address you provide. If you’ve recently moved or split time between two homes (e.g., one in Gachibowli and one in Kondapur), message us on the main community and we can add you to a second sub-group on a case-by-case basis.

When you fill the join form, use the exact apartment complex name — e.g., “Mantri Centrium, Gachibowli” not just “Centrium”. If you’re unsure, mention the nearest landmark or pin code in the same field. Our team confirms with you on WhatsApp before adding you to a sub-group, so there’s no risk of being put in the wrong group.

No catch. The community is free, forever. We're building this first — paid services like training, grooming and vet care launch as the community reaches the right scale in your area, and Inner Circle members get the best rates when they do. Our physical store at Gachibowli operated from 2022 to 2025 and served the Hyderabad pet community in person for three years. We’ve since closed the physical store and shifted entirely to LoyalTails 2.0 — the digital pet ecosystem you’re reading about now.

Yes. The community has dedicated cat parent threads. Our store stocks cat food and accessories. Tales will include feline-specific stories as we publish more — feel free to share yours.
